3/5- Today you will spend the period completing a tutorial. You have completed tutorial before. Following tutorials is one way digital artists learn and update their skills as technology is always changing.
Make sure the tutorial uses Photoshop and not another program. Pick a tutorial that is just beyond your skill level so you push yourself to learn something new, read through it first before you start! If you get stumped check out this page, google it (ex- 'where to find blur filter in photoshop cs6'), or ask a classmate nearby for a quick question.
Use the images provided in the tutorials or find your own images on the internet (search for large quality).
Lastly, make the finish tutorial you create look like a finished piece and not 'an exercise', something you could print out and display!
First person to finish can create a new turn-in folder on the V drive > McKay > Digital Art > Period > TUTORIAL
You must turn in what you have completed by the end of class! Lastname_First_tutorial.psd
