Re-Imagining Borders: TBI is excited to host a photography contest for high school and college students titled “Re-Imagining Borders” aimed to stimulate young audiences to develop greater awareness, think creatively, and exchange ideas about the meaning and impact of borders. While the Institute’s work focuses on the U.S.-Mexico border, participants are encouraged to use photography to explore the theme of borders in a variety of forms (physical, psychological, ethnic, cultural, national, or international) and imagine new ways of overcoming barriers.
Also, Submit your winning photo (color, black and white, digital) in the “What Makes Vista Great” photo contest in honor
of the city’s 50th Anniversary. Photo Contest requirements and details are posted on cityofvista50th.com or call
